Experience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales - Industry Preference: Nutrition, Wellness, Pharma, FMCG
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (Age: 22–32)
- MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Hands-on with ERP, Excel, CRM, MIS tools
- Passion for fitness/nutrition industry is a big plus
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong distributor relationships
- Drive B2B sales across assigned territories
- Plan & execute product promotions and activations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and market feedback
- Coordinate with the logistics & marketing teams for smooth execution
