For a boost of energy and amino acids – especially before, during, or after exercise – mix one (1) scoop of Energized Amino with 8-12 oz of cold water.
Alternate Uses
Use in place of coffee in the morning, for an alertness boost before a long study session, or even try a double helping before a tough HIlT workout.
