Mix one (1) scoop of R1 Pre-Amino™ with 6-8oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage.
Alternate Suggested Uses
Use in place of coffee in the morning or afternoon, as a boost before a long study session, or try a double helping before a tough HIIT cardio workout.
Total Caffeine Content:
Each serving provides approximately 100mg caffeine, equivalent to about 1 cup of brewed coffee.
Because caffeine may interfere with sleep, you should not use R1 Pre-Amino™ in the evening.
